I fumbled with the flower, forgetting how to properly speak for a moment. I was fidgeting with the stem of the rose, waiting for to arrive when i heard in her melodious voice, “Naegi? Whatcha doin’?” So, that’s why I’m standing in front of her locker with a rose, wearing a hoodie that i actually bothered to wash and made an effort to look more presentable than usual. and her bright smile, and the way she throws her head back while she’s laughing, and her beautiful eyes, and how she chews on the end of her pen when she can’t figure out the answer to a question.
